Target group

This course expects applications from students of advanced standing (primarily PhD students) within the field of local government studies and related fields, such as political science, sociology, etc. The recommendation letter supporting the application should be sent by a professor from the applicant’s home institution.

Language requirement

The language of instruction is English, thus all applicants have to demonstrate a strong command of spoken and written English to be able to participate actively in discussions at seminars and workshops. Some of the shortlisted applicants may be contacted for a telephone interview.
