Target group

The course is primarily addressed to advanced PhD students and early career postdocs interested in Late Antique political thought and Patristic Studies

Pre-requisites

Students should have some knowledge of the religious and political context of Late Antiquity. Ideally, they should also have at least intermediate knowledge of Latin and/or Ancient Greek. However, should this not be the case, the instructors are ready to provide the students with helpful translated materials.

The language of instruction is English; thus, all applicants have to demonstrate a strong command of spoken and written English to be able to participate actively in discussions at seminars and workshops. Some of the shortlisted applicants may be contacted for a telephone interview.
