Target group

People who should consider this course include:

  • Policy makers,
  • Advanced practitioners,
  • Researchers, and
  • Advocates in education and human rights.


The course invites global applications from early career education researchers and policy analysts, representatives of civil society and constituency-based organizations, policy makers and government officials, and faculty in education, particularly those engaged in comparative scholarship and scholarship on education policy, social inequalities, and institutional change. Particular priority will be given to applicants conducting research or work focused on Europe and/or Eurasia. 

Language requirement

The language of instruction is English, thus all applicants have to demonstrate a strong command of spoken and written English to be able to participate actively in discussions at seminars and workshops. Some of the shortlisted applicants may be contacted for a telephone interview.
